PDF is a browser-based PDF editing tool developed and operated by klabapp. The Service allows users to open, view, annotate, edit, merge, and download PDF documents directly within their web browser without the need to install any desktop software.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in through a supported third-party authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service is offered under two tiers:
Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.
All content, design, code, and branding associated with the Service are the intellectual property of klabapp and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You retain full ownership of any PDF documents you upload or create using the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent from klabapp.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the Service. PDF documents are processed in your browser; we do not store the content of your files on our servers unless explicitly required by a feature you choose to use. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. klabapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
klabapp may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last modified. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
